Refund Policy


Return & Replacement Policy

At Turning Point Gems, we take pride in offering carefully selected natural gemstones and jewellery, each crafted with precision and authenticity. Due to the unique nature of these products, we request you to review the following policy before initiating any return, exchange, or refund request.

Return & Exchange Policy

While customer satisfaction is important to us, all return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to review and approval based on the conditions mentioned below. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet these criteria.

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
  • Mandatory Proof: To process any return or exchange request, the Customer must provide clear videographic proof of unboxing and product condition. This is essential for verification. Requests without valid video proof will not be considered.
  • Timeframe: Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition along with original packaging and certification. Any tampering will lead to rejection of the request.
  • Authenticity Assurance: In case of concerns regarding product authenticity, customers may verify the gemstone through a recognized government-approved or internationally reputed gemological institute. If the gemstone is proven to be synthetic, the customer is eligible for a full refund, return, or exchange.
  • Shipping Charges: Courier charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The Company does not arrange return pickups.

Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged:

  1. Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  2. Bracelets and wearable accessories
  3. Crystal-based products
  4. Festive or seasonal items
  5. Products delivered exactly as ordered
  6. Gift cards

Due to the nature of gemstones and jewellery, items that are customized, personalized, or made to specific measurements are non-returnable.

Once a custom design is approved and production begins, making charges become non-refundable. In case of cancellation after production starts, applicable charges will be deducted.

Refund Process

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–12 working days, subject to banking timelines and external factors.

After receiving the returned item, it will undergo inspection. You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment source used at the time of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional verification details may be required before processing refunds, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Change of Mind: If the product is no longer desired.
  2. Minor Variations: Slight differences in color, size, or appearance due to lighting or natural characteristics.
  3. Packaging Issues: Minor packaging concerns that do not affect product quality.

Customers are advised to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged products. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Approved exchanges require the product to be returned in original condition along with packaging and certification.

Videographic proof is mandatory for exchange requests.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, a credit may be issued upon successful return. Otherwise, refunds will be processed only to the original purchaser.

International Orders

For international orders, refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges. These charges are non-refundable.

If an order is refused or returned after dispatch, applicable charges will be deducted before processing the refund.

Important Note

While returning any product, customers must provide accurate product details and documentation for customs clearance. Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection of the return.
